Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Fixture
Securely pack the light fixture in its original box with all mounting hardware, crystals, and instruction manuals included.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
